VacADS Details, The VacADS v4.x kit uses same cylinder as Vacextender 4 and its sealing mechnism. The only difference is that it doesn't come with the base or extender attachments. In case you want the extender, you could always order the parts later. The application is the same as VacExtender (minus the extender portion) - you could use it down the leg (with the leg attachment), manual excerciser, light hanger (less than 5lb) or around the neck/shoulder/waist with the included Universal Harness.
