Please use the following guideline for selecting right VacHanger 3 Cylinder.
While specific size is required for a correct fit, due to the way VacHanger is used or being used, most users will purchase two nearest corresponding cylinders (i.e. - small fits well but a user also uses medium for greater head expansion). Note:
- All measurements are done in flaccid state (completely flaccid)
- Measure at least two widest point.
- Measurement are done straight across (not circumference).
- If you are uncut, roll the skin back to measure.
- Note that you are measuring in a flaccid and un-stretched state. Once stretched, it will get even thinner.

- Depth is 1.5" and all measurement is straight across

Again, cylinder sizing is just a guideline. Because of the way our system works (with vacuum ring), you'll get a custom like fit each time. Based on past VacHanger usage, most users do buy multiple cylinder (tight fit and one size up). If you have any question, just send us a email.
